I’m going to be honest – I’m not a big fan of REAs. I did not sign my lease through them but my tenancy was transferred to Meadows Partners a few months in during which Charl made a time to see me so I knew what was going on. I was a bit taken aback at first, as I never had REAs who actually came for inspections every 3 months – they did provide notice and were always very friendly (and understanding when the flat was a mess during exam season). Move out process (although never a breeze) went as smoothly as I could ever expect. Overall, highly recommended (from a Tenant’s perspective) and I’d definitely consider using them if I were becoming a landlord.

Leasing our first property, for us was a huge step. We were totally unfamiliar with the responsibility of tenants and the whole process.
